ReplyDeleteI saw some of this for the first time at target last week. they had some of the kits and some of the single $1 items too. Looked like it was going fast.

ReplyDeleteI noticed a local "boutique" type shop was advertising they were handling ELF. Most of the stuff they sell is usually higher end so I was really surprised.
I will have to check my Target to see if they are handling it. That would be better than ordering on line.
